Yes. We provide on-site technical assistance at home or business in Luxembourg and northern France, with flexible hours including Saturdays.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
No. The initial diagnosis is always free. We only proceed with repairs after presenting and receiving approval of your quote.
Which brands and operating systems do you work with?
We work with all brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Apple, etc.) and all operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
What is the warranty on repairs?
All repairs are warrantied. For software services, we guarantee 30 days. For hardware component replacements, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
